The word roasters is grammatically plural. And that's exactly how it is, with me alone, the Tora Coffee Roasters would not exist and would not work. Without my wife, I would never have been able to open and run the roastery. The roasting machine or part of my green coffee would still be waiting in customs, there would be no official permits, the expansion of the roasting facility would not be finished, the homepage would not have any Japanese translations, I could not serve drinks because there would be no cups and mugs and much more. The list is endless, what my wife does in the background and at the same time looks after our daughter and is there for her.

I would like to say thank you very much to my wife and daughter, without you I could never do it. You only see me standing at the bar and think it's my roasting shop, which is not true. My wife and I have jointly developed the business as it is today and we will lead it together into the future. I am very grateful and happy for that.
