As the name suggests, the fruit and sweetness of the natural and washed coffee was obtained with the corresponding roasting profiles. The delicate bitterness of chocolate typical for an espresso is clearly present to emphasise the fruit flavours.
Prepared as an espresso, it loves the accompaniment of foamed milk or maybe a pinch of sugar. Lovers of somewhat stronger filter coffees will also get their money's worth with this blend. Give it a try!
