We are happy to deliver ground coffee from our online shop. In order to provide you with the best possible quality, we store the roasted coffee as whole beans. Only after we have received your order for the ground beans and everything is ready for packaging and shipping, will we open the packaging, grind the beans according to your specifications and seal the opened packaging again. Then we will try to deliver your order to the courier service as soon as possible. As soon as you have received your ground coffee order, you should immediately pour it out of our packaging into a container suitable for ground coffee.

However, you must be aware that a loss of quality cannot be avoided. Ground coffee simply loses its aromas extremely quickly. We are neither involved in a coffee grinder company nor do we have an advertising contract with one, but from our experience we recommend that you order whole coffee beans and grind every portion shortly before preparing the coffee with a hand mill. We are aware that in today's world there are methods and packaging that would mean less quality loss, however the technical and commercial effort for us as a small roaster is not feasible.
